InstaCab is a modern taxi booking app designed to simplify ride-hailing with fast, secure, and user-friendly features. Built for a startup client looking to enter the mobility market, the app allows users to book rides in real-time, track drivers live, calculate fares, and make secure in-app payments — delivering a seamless Uber-like experience.

The client needed a scalable, cross-platform solution with dual functionality for both drivers and passengers, real-time map integration, and a reliable backend that could support dynamic ride data and secure payments.
💡 Our Solution
Bitloom Solutions developed InstaCab using Flutter for a single codebase across Android and iOS. The backend was powered by Firebase and Cloud Functions, with Google Maps SDK integration to handle real-time tracking. A secure payment system (Stripe) was embedded to complete the ride flow, alongside a custom-built admin panel for management and analytics.
